These high-security locks are designed to be pick-resistant. We have specialized tools to open them, but in some cases, they may need to be drilled and replaced. We will always discuss options with you first.
Yes. For your safety and ours, we require ID and proof that you live in the apartment (lease, mail, etc.) before opening any door.
